A proud son of a farming family, Mr. Vivek brings with him the values of perseverance, humility, and purpose - qualities that continue to define the ethos of Matoshri Group. His journey began in 2003 with the launch of Matoshri Enterprises, a company dedicated to supplying premium construction materials and offering vital machinery for rental, including all development equipment’s related to Real Estate like JCB Breakers, Poclain Machines, Hywas, and Stone Crushers.
Understanding the critical role of quality materials and execution in construction, Mr. Vivek took the next step in 2010, establishing a bricks manufacturing unit—a key move that empowered the group with vertical integration and greater control over quality. By 2014, his expanding vision took shape as Matoshri Group, marking a new era in real estate development for Pune.
His debut real estate venture, Royal Construction, became a testament to his vision—delivering modern spaces rooted in trust, design, and functionality. A hands-on leader, Mr. Vivek ensures excellence from land acquisition to project handover, focusing on transparency, precision, and client satisfaction. His love for traveling across India and abroad reflects his drive to explore fresh perspectives and implement innovative strategies in his business.

At the helm of our company is Mr. Chetan Gendilal Salunke (Patil), a visionary leader with a strong foundation in engineering and real estate. A Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering graduate from Dhole Patil Engineering College, Pune (Class of 2016), Mr. Salunke’s journey into the private sector was fueled by his passion for dynamic challenges and strategic growth. Between 2016 and 2018, he gained invaluable experience in the civil engineering sector, establishing a solid foundation for his future endeavors. Since 2018, he has played a pivotal role in the successful execution and sales of renowned projects such as Vrindavan, Dattvatika, Shubharambh, and Shivaangan Tower, achieving an impressive milestone of 350 flats sold across four towers.
Currently, under his leadership, the company is spearheading four major projects in Charholi Bk and Moshi, namely Onella Tower, Matoshri Serenity, Matoshri Prime, and Stella. Looking ahead, we are proud to announce an Upcoming 25 acres of land within 1 year with different locations set to redefine urban living with excellence and innovation. A leader with vision and heart, Mr. Sandeep Pathare has transformed his journey from a rural background into one of Pune’s most inspiring entrepreneurial success stories. Beginning in 2003 with Matoshri Transport and stepping into bricks manufacturing by 2010, he established the Matoshri Group in 2014 to redefine quality construction.
His approach is rooted in community, precision, and integrity. Not only has he delivered landmark projects like Royal Construction, Lohagaon Row Houses, Vakratunda, and Pratham Yash across high-potential zones such as Charholi and Chinchwad, but he has also played a pivotal role in empowering local talent. His passion for empowering local youth and building careers—not just buildings—sets him apart, he fosters not just growth—but long-term social impact.
Mr. Sandeep is widely respected for his soft-spoken leadership, on-site presence, and strong design acumen. He doesn't just build homes—he builds people, trust, and progress.
At the forefront of our company’s growth and vision is Mr. Swapnil Gendilal Salunke (Patil), a dynamic leader with expertise in civil engineering and real estate development. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, Pune, and has further honed his business acumen through the Business Mastery Program from Business Coaching India. Following his graduation in 2017, Mr. Salunke dedicated the next three years to preparing for the Civil Services Examination (UPSC). While this journey enriched his analytical and problem-solving skills, he ultimately decided to channel his passion into the real estate sector, joining forces with his brother to establish a strong foothold in the industry.
Between 2020 and 2022, he played a key role in the successful development of the Shubh Aarambh project in Lohgaon, gaining extensive experience in project execution and market dynamics. Today, under his leadership, the company is actively engaged in major real estate developments across Charholi, Moshi, Alandi, and Lohgaon.
